The following associations and colleges are the members of CNPS^®. Nurses who are members of these associations / colleges are automatically entitled to CNPS protection and services.

Please note: the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC) and the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) are not members of CNPS. Thus, the services and protection described herein do not apply to nurses who are only members of CRNBC or OIIQ.

The CRNBC Captive Insurance Corporation (CIC) (PDF document) automatically covers nurses registered wtih CRNBC. Members of the OIIQ are insured through OIIQ's Professional Liability Insurance Program (PDF document). Nurses from British Columbia and Quebec should contact their respective licensing bodies for specific details about these liability insurance programs.

Registered Nurses from British Columbia and Quebec who wish to augment the insurance coverage available to them from CRNBC and OIIQ may purchase optional liability insurance through CNPS Plus.
